Hello @yuujsjjs

We are unable to confirm the specific devices you are referring to. However, differences in Bluetooth driver versions, adapter hardware, driver functionalities, or OS versions could potentially lead to discrepancies in the items listed in Device Manager. Additionally, it is unclear if these items only appear after connecting the headphone device.
If there are no functional issues, we recommend removing the devices from Device Manager and monitoring the situation further.

Thank you.

Hello @yuujsjjs

Thank you for reaching out to us.
May we kindly ask which specific item from the Device Manager list in the provided image you have concerns about?
Based on the image, here is the information regarding the listed items:

- Airoha_APP / Airoha_IAP2
These are typically related to Bluetooth chipsets or Bluetooth headphones. They may represent internal drivers or application protocol layers that handle audio data transmission or Bluetooth pairing functionalities.
- AMAZON MUSIC
This may correspond to a driver associated with the Amazon Music app or a Bluetooth device supporting Alexa functionality.
- BT_SAR_AP / BTFASTPAIR / BTNOTIFYR
These appear to be drivers related to Bluetooth functionality or modules.
- Controller RAID
This represents a RAID controller related to storage array configurations, which may require a dedicated driver to operate properly.
- Dispositivo Bluetooth
This is a generic Bluetooth device.
- GSOUND_BT_AUDIO / GSOUND_BT_CONTROL
These are likely related to Google Assistant or Google-enabled Bluetooth audio devices.
- Private COM
This is a virtual COM port (serial port), potentially used for internal communication or driver requirements for certain devices.
- SPOTIFY GO
This may refer to a device associated with Spotify, such as a smart speaker or audio accessory.
- SPP Serial Port
This corresponds to the Serial Port Profile (SPP), a standard Bluetooth protocol used to establish virtual serial ports, often for legacy devices or specific applications.

Regarding the item marked with a yellow exclamation mark, we recommend referring to the guidelines outlined in [Windows 11/10] Troubleshooting - Yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager for additional guidence.

Thank you.

I had the suspicion that devices like Amazon and Spotify had been added by Sony headphones, connected via Bluetooth, which have these integrated assistants, but I also associated them with another Windows 10, and they did not add these devices, the question was about all the devices in the photo, since I was not recognizing them, however the precision of your answer is incredible, Thanks. Could you tell me why, if the headphones are responsible, I do not find the same devices on the other Windows to which I associated them?

Hello @yuujsjjs

Regarding Device Manager, you may refer to the Using Device Manager guide, as well as the relevant information under Device and Driver Installation on the left-hand menu.

When a new device is detected, the Device Manager list will automatically update to include it. Additionally, you can manually refresh the list by selecting Scan for Hardware Changes, which will update the display with any newly added or removed devices.
Please note that connecting a single device may result in multiple entries being added to the Device Manager list. Meanwhile, you may also refer to the instructions in Device Manager does not display devices that are not connected if needed.

Thank you.

I tried as you said, but when I pair the same headphones to two PCs, only one of them shows those devices, so if the headphones are responsible why don't I see those devices on the second computer? Not even when I display hidden devices

when you instalal windows, and depending on the region you are, windows intall some compoment to make the apps works. like audio apps. on some point you have a BT device with it OR the app need bt interacion with it. Amazon app spotify app.  the Airoha app is part of the androit phone talk to the pc and more is you use or btr was in use when you make install or try to install the phone app. I think the Gsound are the BT sony heaphones and the app is the control windows does to it and those also is part of the sony ecosystem. IF YOU DO NOT want to use those ? disable but i am sure some feautres will be disable and some products will not work correct. IF you load a backup from one drive and use you ms account and did have that on that back up, all will come with it.
