Sleep issues with B850-A Strix!

Good afternoon/morning gents

I desperately need help as i seriously cannot understand why this is happening, i will try to explain it as detailed yet simply as i can.

I have the B850-A STRIX asus motherboard with 9800x3d + RoyalZ 32GB 6000mhz cl28 ram (2x16). (ALL NEW)

Issue:  using the lian li EDGE 1300w platnium, When PC is put the sleep via windows, it will NOT maintain sleep state, and will SNAP shut off and touching keyboard mouse will not do anything and pressing the power button it will act like the pc is starting as if it was shut off.

Originally, i could not even update the bios. as it will shut off and wont even go into the phase where it will let me.

I swapped PSU to a RM850 from my old computer, and sleep mode works fine. I was able to update the bios with this PSU. After updating the bios, i tried the lian li PSU again and the issue is still present.

i believe the PSU is fine as it only has issue with sleep and stress testing it is functional.
i have tried all windows settings, resetting the whole windows, change bios options (ERP disabled, S4+s5 etc). i am honestly lost to what to do.

i have the exact problem . i just narrow it down to  ram related . something wrong with asus bios for ram  profile.
try use 1 stick of ram and see this help or not? in my case i can put pc to sleep with 1 stick of ram.
i use different kit from gskill but result was the same .
i read online some people use corsair ram kit instead of gskill and  solve the problem with pc crash on sleep.
asus also dont admit it something wrong with board in sleeping state .
i should i mention some times just rarely i can wakeup pc from sleep . but next sleep  it would crash 100 percent when try to sleep again.

I have the exact same issue on my B850-A Gaming Plus WIFI.  I don't have issues with hibernation, but always crash when try to sleep, could asus support please fix the bios asap? I've upgraded my BIOS to1087 but it doesn't work
