As the title says, I sent my motherboard 18 days ago and they only received it on yesterday. what actually happened here? I do Have the RMA number. if any asus team member contact me I can share it. first of all I sent the motherboard for replacement on september 7 2024 and I received it after 16 days. I worked on that motherboard for 25 days and one night it automatically shut down and didnt turn on. I dont know asus really sent a replacement or repair the motherboard and sent it back to me. then after that I sent again on October 5 and till this date, still there is no update. Im out of my main work because of this issue.
