Hi, my ROG Z790-A DDR 5 black screen ON STARTUP after unplug power.

Black screen with q-led green (boot) light up after unplug power.

I tried to reinstall my ssd m2 in another slot but still no fix (m.2 is no problem). 

i tried with another cable Display PORT. 

The only fix I know is reset BIOS. If i reset bios everythink is ok but i cant run with default settings on motherboard.

how can i fix the problem?

Could you please clarify if this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after using it for some time and occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
Regarding your description, could you clarify what you mean by saying the issue requires resetting the BIOS but that you are unable to "run with default settings"?
May I ask what your current BIOS version is, and have you tried clearing CMOS?
Please refer to [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators and the ROG STRIX Z790-A GAMING WIFI user manual, checking whether the M.2 drive is properly installed and whether there are any signs of dirt or damage on the M.2 slot or the gold pins.
If possible, please try cross-testing with different SSDs as well.
