ROG Z690 Formula Q-Code buggs

Hello. I've had this problem since I upgraded to windows 11. Everytime I try to boot up my pc the error Code gets stuck and it resets to 0 and starts again until it finally works. Usually it says Code 69 and then to 0. Sadly I can't send in a video to show to you. If someone has a solution pls helpe me.

May I ask if you have updated the relevant drivers to versions that support Windows 11 after upgrading the OS?
What is your current BIOS version, and what are the related settings?
According to the [Motherboard] Common Q-CODE(Error CODE) and Troubleshooting guide, on an Intel motherboard, a Q-code of 00 indicates a CPU abnormality. And according to the user manual for the ROG MAXIMUS Z690 FORMULA, a Q-code of 00 represents "System Agent DXE initialization is started."
We recommend checking if the hardware is properly connected and clearing the CMOS.
