There is currently a issue with the led firmware on Z690-F.
Whenever you select dark mode (OFF) in AC, the PSU (ASUS ROG STRIX Aura Edition) will turn off but after about 3-4 seconds it will turn on in rainbow mode (default mode when no argb is plugged).
For sure it's a bios issue as i remember i had this problem a long ago and it got fixed after a few new bios versions.

Hello @MirukiKun
Thank you for reaching out to us. May I kindly ask if you are still experiencing this configuration issue?
Regarding the rainbow mode, please note that the RGB lighting will default to rainbow mode until your custom settings are applied after the system boots.
We would also like to inform you that version v6.2.11 will be released soon, and recommend checking again after updating to see if your settings can be applied correctly.
Additionally, please refer to the following guide [Motherboard] How to turn off the AURA lighting effect of the MB/AIO water cooling/ROG keyboard and ..., which may be relevant to your situation.
Thank you.

i have added a video to show you how the rgb problem occurs.
As I mentioned before the motherboard is a ROG Z690-F, with the latest bios.
With one the older bioses the psu rgb works as intended so i suspect it's a problem with the LED FW from the bios.
Thanks for the reply. Hope you have a great day, and I look forward to resolve the issue together, let me know if you need any other info.
