Hello, @Sanyi85
May I ask if the situation you described happened after any changes were made? For example, updating the BIOS or connecting an external device
Have you updated the Intel ME to the corresponding version in the BIOS?
For example, the latest BIOS version of the ROG STRIX Z590-F GAMING WIFI is 1903, which requires updating the Intel ME to 15.0.45.2411V2.
Have you cleared CMOS and tried rebooting by deafault BIOS settings?
Please refer to How to clear CMOS? if needed.
Thank you.

Hello @Sanyi85 ,
Based on the situation you've described, we recommend that you reconnect the motherboard to the computer case or try cross-testing with a different PC case.
If it's confirmed that the case is properly connected or if the issue persists even after cross-testing, we would advise you to consider sending the motherboard in for repair and further diagnostic assessment.
Please refer to ASUS - support for repair and further assistance.
Thank you.
