Looking for help...
Just built a new system.
X870e and Tuf Gaming 4070ti super. 1000w PSU. Ryzen 7 9800X3d. I can't get anything to display on my monitor via the GPU outputs or 870e internal hdmi output. Code on board reads 00. 32gb ram G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5-6000 PC5-48000 CL30 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR. Would this ram be causing my issue? Not really sure whats going on. Thanks in advance for any insite!

have you set XMP in bios? if you have whats the XMP voltage set on that .....im way behind you still on AM4 with a 3950x a beast of a rig still .....and i have neo allbe it ddr4 but if i set xmp it sets 1.35 volts to ram ....in order to boot xmp settings i need to change that 1.35 to 1.40 volts ......keep a eye on your ram temps if you go doing this though keep no higher then 40ish c for stability reasons and dont add no more then 0.05 to start ....if it still dont boot ...turn voltage back to stock xmp settings ...and manually drop the rams clock speeds one stepp at a time till you get a clean boot .....i cant recommend going nucking futz on voltage in a new system its best to get it going stable on some sort of close to slandered or stock settings to make sure it will function as intended on stock voltages

Hello @ryanboesen
According to the [Motherboard] Common Q-CODE (Error CODE) and Troubleshooting guide, encountering a Q-code 00 on an AMD platform during boot indicates a potential issue with the CPU, RAM, or GPU during the initialization process.
In addition to following the troubleshooting steps provided in the linked guide, we recommend consulting the ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO user manual to ensure that all hardware components are properly installed. This includes verifying whether the CPU has any bent pins or is installed too loosely or tightly.
Please also refer to [Motherboard] Troubleshooting - No Power/No Boot/No Display if needed.
Thank you.

Hi @ryanboesen
00 is CPU detection. First thing is to remove the CPU, inspect the socket and CPU pin-pad for any damage or debris.
Remount the CPU and cooler. Ensure for consistent mounting pressure as per the cooling vendor's instructions.
