I updated my motherboard to the latest 3002 bios version.
I never had any pc problems whatsoever but since updating my pc has problems posting.
Sometimes it wont wont post after a shut down. Fans will spin but keyboard and monitor wont turn on until i hold down the power button and try again. Also it takes way longer to post than before.
Once it runs it runs perfect. No performance loss or anything. Games run max fps.
Now when i press the restart in windows half of the time it wont post anymore either. Until i hold the power button again to shutdown. So it cant be a cold boot problem.
I did not change any hardware or move my pc at all. No loose parts. It ran perfect until i flashed the bios.
* i reseated my ram sticks, GPU, all of the power cables in psu, every connector. Even swapped HDMIs
* i also flashed to the 2 previous bios versions but with same result
This makes me thing something is bugging in the ME firmware that got updated along? I cant seem to find a way to downgrade versions of that?
rest of hardware
intel 265k
corsair 64 ddr5 6400
bequiet 1200W psu
samsung 990 Pro
msi 4080 super

When power on after shutdown. My PC can't boot the debug led is stuck on VGA can't boot up and when I press reset it can boot normally.
I try to enable the HD Audio in BIOS it can boot fine likely never have a problem before. I think may be the ME Firmware too.
Intel Core Ultra 7 265K
ASUS ProArt Z890-Creator WiFi bios 3002
Klevv CRAS V ROG 64GB (16x4) 7200MT/s (Try both XMP Disable and Enable)
Galax RTX4070
Creative Sound Blaster AE-7

Hello, there are more users with problems with this new BIOS (3002). You have to be very careful. These days, it's not wise to update anything unless you already have a well-defined problem and know that it will be fixed with that update. They're using us as beta testers. Regards.
