I have a ROG STRIX z790-H Gaming wifi 6E that keeps hanging up on boot.

Keeps getting stuck on graphics (white light with green light) when using a TV as a monitor. Works fine with computer monitor.
I have used this TV as a monitor since 2017 and it has worked just fine. When I did a recent rebuild with this MB/CPU, it was worked fine until I flashed the bios to update the microcode for the problem intel has. Then it became very unstable, liked to hang on boot (always white). Took several cmos resets and didnt ever work right. Even once booted if I turn the TV off when system is running it wont come back up. If main power is lost have to clear cmos to boot.
Well recently it lost power and wouldn't come back on no matter what I tried. New raedon 9700xt, nope. Switch to older Nvidia 970, nope. Change ram, change m.2, finally I swapped out the TV for an actual pc monitor. Boots fine. TV works fine on my daughter's PC (my old PC).
I even bought a new TV on black friday to test, still hangs on white light.
What can I do to get this very expensive paperweight to work?
