As the Title Suggests.
I just had purchased this motherboard a couple of months ago and someones saying that I have to replace the thing already.
The thing has been Thermal Throttling for months and I just figured out what exactly was wrong with it. It's throwing the BD_Prochot code. BD meaning Bi-Directional and Prochot meaning processor hot. This code is only supposed to throw when the processor is reaching temps that are hotter than the sun. And this has been happening since I booted my computer the first time.
I don't think theres a way to turn it off either as Throttlestop has it greyed out. And I Can't clear the code because I think its baked into the bios and I'm pretty sure there's not a bios setting that will allow me to change that. I can try setting my BIOS to default settings. But I've seen people try to get rid of it that way and it still persists.
Is there anything that I can do before I have to resort to an RMA Via warranty or if They will even give me a replacement for the board as an RMA. Someone please help.

You've not shown any of the thermal sensors in any of the screenshots so nobody of sound mind would conclude anything without seeing what Tctl and core max are reporting under load.
Flash to UEFI 2202, if no change contact service for your region.

Here's where the core ratios are locked at.
This is the Temps for Core max. I don't know why you're asking for TCTL because thats only for AMD. As stated in the title of this thread its Intel.
I looked and looked for TCTL but its not there. However I found this. Which explains Why I can't find that I suppose. lol.
This is what I'm talking about when I say the Temp sensor is broken its not even reporting correct temperatures. If at all. Its been blanked out all night.

Also the thermals aren't going above 30 degrees all of the cores stay below 28 degrees

Looks like there's an issue with the SuperIO.
As already stated, if already flashed to latest UEFI an no change contact service.
