ROG Strix Z790--f gaming wifi - no boot until smacked

The setup (home made April 2023):

My configuration:
Motherboard - ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WiFi
CPU - Intel Corei7 13700K - with Thermal Grizzly contact frame installed since June 2023 - someone scared me that my CPU might "bend"...
GPU - ASUS TUF RTX 4080
AIO - BeQuiet Silen Loop2 360
PSU - BeQuiet Dark Power PRO 12 1500W
RAM - Kingston Fury Beast DDR5
OS - Windows 11 (all updated)

Whole story:

Started to notice some high temps on my CPU - reaching 100 celsius under stress and stable 50 while idle, and started to look into the subject. One of the first ideas was to check the settings (Armoury Crate), stareted to check if the AI Tweaker is turned off, if I can have defaults in BIOS when it comes to many differen AI places that could have impact on the CPU - ALL GOOD, at least I didn't see anything outstanding.

Next - BIOS update - I jumped from one that was from 2023 (don't recall the exact number, but i'm pretty sure that it might have even be the factory one) to the most recent one - 2402 - ALL GOOD, at least I didn't see anything outstanding, cumputer was working fine for 3 days.

Next - time came to get hands dirty. I opened the chasis, took out the cooler header, cleaned it, took out the CPU, cleaned it, re-inserted CPU, pasted it - THERMAL GRIZZLY KRYONAUT (used the same method as previously - apply thermal paste on entire IHS)... assembled the rest, cables, turn it on, after some time I get a message that my processor changed and to load defaults by hitting F5 in BIOS, and to enter BIOS hit F1, go in the BIOS, and I see straight 50 celsius, sometimes jumping to 55, sometimes even above 60... but that's not the case - the case is what happens later - I hit F5 to load defaults, I hit F10 to save and quit and my computer starts some kind of (what I would call) a boot loop.
I hear it starting, but the screen is dark. Several tens of second, power cut-off and again - I've managed to record my chasis interior - LED's showing different colors - I can't decode which color means what and what impact does it have in those 2 situations.

Those vids are big, so I rather post links my onedrive instead: Video1-boot-loop

That's not the end. After I hit the small CMOS clear button on the back panel of MOBO, I can get to BIOS! BIOS has every setting that it had in the past, i can get around, change stuff, save and exit and get back the same way again and the settings are there. More! I can even ovveride the booting - pointing to the booting device - and the system will START no issues - few seconds and Windows11 is up and running. You can see that on the second video. Video2-after-clr-cmos-button

So, what I did so far - Clear CMOS using button - but it doesn't clear the BIOS settings at all - actually, IDK what exactly it causes, but it let's me get to BIOS - otherwise stuck in loog and no go.

I took out the button battery out from the MOBO - waited few minutes and reinstalled it - that did clear the entire BIOS settings - I recognized this as the time settings were zeroed.

I tried to "reinstal" the same version of the BIOS - using a pen and the second button on the back panel of MOBO - it flashed for some time, stopped, but nothirng realy changed TBH...

That's it. I'm confused what to try next.
I already wen't to BeQuiet that the AIO is running at 3000 RPM and should 4000RPM - I mean the pump - and that is IMO causing the heat issues, but the MOBO ones - I have no clue...

Case closed - I can't believe it, but enabling XMP memory profiles in BIOS did the job...
Still in shock...
