Hello,
I have a problem with my motherboard (ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WiFi II). The day before yesterday I turned off the computer via "start" Without any problems, (without any previous software or hardware changes) and the next day it did not turn on after pressing the power button. (I turn off my computer every day)
I have already gone through some of the previously closed posts here and here are my findings:
When turning off the power supply, waiting for the LED on the motherboard to go out, turning on the power supply and quickly pressing the power button, the computer turns on.
It turns on when pressing CMOS.
I had "ErP Ready" disabled
USB BIOS flashback port empty
Flashback LED blinks when the PC is turned off.
Update to the highest BIOS supported for this motherboard. (according to ASUS website)
I tried a stress test without any errors.
Components in the computer:
Motherboard - ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI II
CPU - Intel Corei7 13700KF
GPU - ASUS DUAL GeForce RTX 4070 O12GB
PSU - FSP Fortron Hydro G PRO ATX3.0(PCIe5.0) 1000W
RAM - Kingston FURY 64GB KIT DDR5 5600MHz CL40 BEast black RGB
OS - Windows 10 (all updated)
Thank you in advance for your answer.

Hello @Tinarria
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please clarify if this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after using it for some time and occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
What is the current BIOS version, and does the issue persist after updating to the latest version 1703?
In addition to referencing the user manual to ensure the CPU pins are not bent, all power cables are properly connected, and, if possible, cross-testing with another PSU, could you kindly provide a detailed video to help us and the relevant team better understand the scenario?
For example, you could record the process starting from shutting down the system, the Flashback LED beginning to blink, and the inability to cold boot, with no Q-LED indicator lights showing. Then, demonstrate any troubleshooting steps you attempted and whether the system could boot afterward.
Thank you.

We built the computer at the turn of January and February, and it has worked without a problem since then.
The only thing I've done recently was remove the old thermal paste and replace it with new one for water cooling.
My current version is 1801.
Here is video. I hope it's okey.

Hello @Tinarria
Thank you for the video you provided. May I ask if you have reviewed the user manual to verify the hardware installation, including the connection of the CPU and power cables?
If needed, you may also consider rolling back the BIOS to the previous version 1703 to check if the situation improves.
Additionally, I have sent you a private message. Please check your inbox in the top right corner at your convenience.
Thank you.
