ROG strix z790-e gaming wifi not disabling PTT upon reboot

Just as it says in the subject. I am attempting to enable PTT on my board in the bios but when i save and reset the bios it switches the PTT to disabled. I cannot seem to find any other information on this subject I am hoping that someone out there can help!

Based on your description, resetting the BIOS will restore the settings to their default values. May I kindly ask for clarification on why you need to enable PTT at this time?
If you set the PTT option to [enable] and save it, does the setting get saved successfully?


Could you also provide information on your current BIOS version, TPM-related settings, and any other manually configured settings within the BIOS?
