ROG STRIX Z790-E Gaming WIFI Motherboard Code 55 Error, Won't Go to BIOS

Good Evening ASUS Community!

Front Matter:

CPU: Intel I-9 13900K

PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower 850W

RAM: Corsair Vengeance PRO RGB DDR 5 32 GB

GPU: ASUS TUF Gaming RTX 4070 TI

Water Cooler: NZXT Kraken Pro Elite 360

Been having trouble with my build. For background info, this is my second build so I am familiar with the components, how they should be hooked up, etc. The issue that I am having is when I am trying to boot up for the first time. First issue is, the PC won't but up from the on bottom and I ensured that the connection from the case is connected  to the motherboard. When I hit the start button on the motherboard to trouble shoot I get the following codes: 12, 28. 54, and then settles on 55. I have tried using only one RAM stick to at least get to the bios screen but won't even make it that far. I started with the recommended A2 slot and tried each slot afterwards to no avail. I even attempted to download the BIOS update from the ASUS support site but that didn't seem to work either. Is there something that I am missing? I might even think that my RAM just isn't supported by the motherboard. Thanks for anyone that maybe able to help me in this endeavor!

Hello @fjcsecondary ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
May I ask if you are still experiencing the boot issue with Q-code 55?
As mentioned, when an Intel motherboard shows Q-code 55 during boot, it indicates a memory-related error.
Could you please confirm the full memory specifications, including whether you are installing a single 32GB module, the operating frequency, and share the part number?
Please check if the installed memory is listed in the ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI QVL, ensure the BIOS has been up-to-date, and clear CMOS and boot with default BIOS settings.
In addition to testing with different memory modules, please also check if there are any bent pins in the CPU socket and refer to the user manual to ensure all memory is properly installed.

Thank you.
