Hello @Pepe1990
Please state the memory kit part number to confirm it's present on the motherboard memory QVL.
XMP is overclocking and as such assurances cannot be made due to variance between parts when running the system out of specification. For more information see here: Memory Kits and Overclocking

I check motherboard memory QVL and chose this one: (F5-7200J3445G16GX2-TZ5RS) - G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB, DDR5, 32 GB, 7200MHz, CL34
It's all about my DDR can't go on normal Mhz with is 6400.... they workin at 6000 and this motherboard can take 7200 i just wanna have all power of ddr with is 6400

It's a long weekend in TW, so CS may be slower to reply.
The board can do 6400 just fine, the issue is CPU variance.
1. Select XMP II and retest
Tuning of associated memory rails may be needed;

Someone know how i can fix this problem ?

Hi @Pepe1990
Not all CPUs will achieve 7200MT easily on a 2 DIMM per channel board, or may require manual tuning. Have you tried lowering the DRAM frequency manually? Work from 6800MT backwards to see if the system will pass POST stress tests.

So you prefer start from 6800 mhz go down if dont work ?

That's correct, you can then work on timings if needed.
