ROG STRIX Z790-A GAMING WIFI D4 Not posting

I have tried pretty much everything that was suggested from here and on other sites including Reddit to remedy this issue.  I have just installed this new board with memory, processor, and GPU all transferred from MSI pro z690-a ddr4.  The system turns-on and I can use power and reset button on a case but the VGA light is on (white) and boot light is on (green) both solid and doesn't go further and doesn't post at all.  I tried mashing F2 and/or DEL upon boot to force a post.  I have tried with and without external GPU. Tried HDMI and DisplayPort.  I have upgraded the BIOS.  I have tried alternating the slots of RAM with one and two sticks.  Anyone has any suggestions?   Below are the specifications:

Processor: i5-12600KF 

Memory: Cosair Vengence Pro 2x16GB DDR4 DRAM 3600MHz 

Videocard: RTX Nvidia 3070 TI

Powersupply: MPE-7501-AFAAG

M.2: Crucial PCIe 3.0 2280 4TB

 After much struggling I figured it out. My video card wasn't working so I couldn't see the post although I knew it was happening.  The processor I had did not have integrated GPU so I couldn't see the post either way.  I ended up buying a new processor on a whim, bam it worked.  I then very thoroughly cleaned my video card and ****** it worked.  At least a nice shiny CPU was all that I spent money on.
