I need advice on how to connect a 7.1 system to the PC audio outputs.
Previously I had a ROG ASUS STRIX Z490-A GAMING and I had no problems.
With the Rog strix z690-i gaming wifi I can't configure the rear speakers because they should be connected to the front jack (regularly connected to the AUDIO HD PINS of the motherboard.
I've tried every type of connection.
4 3.5 jacks come out of the subwoofer to be connected to the three inputs of the PC. (the cable is a 4 > 3 jack from Creative)
Using Realtek software, the front jack recognizes the rear speakers, but they remain silent, but when I insert the jack I can hear the "disturbance" in the rear speakers, so they are read. But when I do the test speaker by speaker, they don't play.
Can you advise me?
