Hello, @Cirkel

May I inquire about your current OS version and BIOS version? Have you checked the system disk capacity?
We recommend trying cross-testing with different drives and performing a clear CMOS to see if the issue persists.
Thank you.

Due to the local holidays, my responses may be slightly delayed.
For any urgent cases, we recommend reaching out to your local service center for further assistance. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Hello, @Cirkel

May I inquire whether the situation you described occurred after any recent changes were made?
For instance, hardware updates or connecting an external device
Incompatibility of hardware specifications, issues with the system disk, or various other factors could potentially lead to prolonged boot times.
We recommend trying clearing CMOS, cross-testing different hardware components, or providing a more detailed problem description along with the current hardware configuration.

Thank you.
