ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI problem with Encryption/Decryption Drivers and l2C controller AMD9900X

I have recently upgraded to AM5 and everything is smooth but I have the message in the Device Manager of Windows 11 Pro

PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller

Unknown Device (When selecting properties it says AMD l2C Controller)

Both the above show the Yellow Triangle with the Exclamation Mark and are not installed.

I have installed the latest Adrenaline Rush that updated my Drivers to the latest and also installed the latest chipset from AMD site

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @8eofilos Thank you for reaching out to us.
We recommend referring to the instructions in [Windows 11/10] Troubleshooting - Yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager, and using ASUS DriverHub to detect and install the official drivers.
In addition, if needed, please also confirm your current BIOS version and whether a BIOS update may be required.

Thank you.

So, I solved the problem with needing to Reinstall Windows 11. It seems as I said before many times, the new Devs fly through the updates and don't double and triple check. The drivers from the ASUS support to motherboard downloads don't have this driver. Only the Hub. And when it installs it, it doesn't work immediately. You have to go in manually and update the driver , browse your computer and point in the AMD Folder and it then works. It was the AMD PSP 11.0 Device and Trusted Platform Module 2.0.
