Hello @xelnaga74

Thank you for reaching out to us.
May I confirm your current BIOS version and whether any CPU or memory overclocking settings are applied?
Aside from the test results using RECentral 4, do other third-party software programs display similar speeds? Are there any additional abnormalities observed during use?
We recommend ensuring your BIOS is updated to the latest version available on the ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI support page and clearing CMOS before checking again without enabling EXPO or applying any manual settings.
Based on the technical specifications for the AVerMedia GC573, its interface is PCIe Gen 2 x4. If needed, you may also try setting the PCIEX16(G4) Link Mode to [GEN 2] and verify if this makes a difference.

Additionally, please ensure your OS, along with the AVerMedia GC573 driver and firmware, are all updated to their latest versions.

Thank you.

Due to the local holidays, my responses may be slightly delayed.
For any urgent cases, we recommend reaching out to your local service center for further assistance. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Hi Jiaszzz,

Thanks for replying.

I was running BIOS V1001 with EXPO 6000-CL30.

I tried changing the link mode to GEN2 but no differences.

I just upgraded to BIOS V1003 but the result was the same.

In the device manager:

Current link speed: 2

Current link width: 4

The OS, firmware, and drivers were all updated to the latest version. I don't know if there's any software can test the speed though.
