Subject: Unable to Access BIOS or Windows on ASUS Mini ITX X670E-I Motherboard Due to Black Screen
I am encountering a critical issue with my ASUS Mini ITX X670E-I motherboard where I'm stuck with a black screen and cannot access the BIOS setup. Despite attempting to:

  1. Test the system with three different monitors.
  2. Update the motherboard's BIOS using the FlashBack feature.
  3. Remove one memory module, then alternate the remaining module between slot A and slot B.
  4. Reset the CMOS following each step above.
  5. Additionally, attempt to install a graphics processing unit (GPU) into the system.

My build:
1- NVME SSD Samsung PCIe 4.0 M.2 980 PRO 2TB
2- Dominator Titanium DDR5 2X16GB 6000MT/s Voltage : 1.4V CMP32GX5M2B6000Z30
3- Silverstone DA850 850W
4- No GPU
5- AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

Hello, @Asaad_AlSharif

Due to the ongoing local holidays in our area, my response time may experience delays.
I apologize for any inconvenience the delayed replies may have caused.

May I ask if the situation you described happened after any changes were made? For example, adjusting the BIOS settings or connecting an external device
During instances of boot failure, is the CPU fan operational, and are any Q-LED indicator lights on?
If so, please refer to the corresponding steps outlined in "[Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators" to attempt troubleshooting.
Meanwhile, we suggest you refer to [Motherboard] Troubleshooting - No Power/No Boot/No Display and test with minimal components to isolate the possible cause.

Thank you.
