ROG STRIX X670E-A usb random disconnections

Hi, 

I am experiencing random disconnections from the external usb port of my x670e. The usb ports losses connection for 1-2 seconds and immediately reconnect again. This is happening every time when I play games. It won’t happen constantly, just 1-2 times every 3hours of using my pc. 
iam running the latest bios 2403, and chipset from amd

If the issue tends to occur more frequently during gaming, we recommend monitoring the system and internal temperatures. 
Please also check if any drivers or the BIOS need updating, and try cross-testing with different USB devices and ports to help narrow down the possible cause.

All temperatures are fine during gameplay, and I am running the latest bios and drivers.

Could you please clarify what USB devices you are referring to and which ports you have tested?
In addition to checking the hardware by cross-testing the USB devices or ports and following the steps in [Windows 11/10] Troubleshooting - USB Functionality Issues, we also recommend referring to [Windows 11/10] Change Power Mode and Plan to verify if there are any related restrictions or settings under 'Change advanced power settings.

I’m referring to my keyboard, mouse, headset stand, keyboard lcd panel. I have tested all the usb ports.

Based on the usage scenario, the issue may be related to power management limitations or the number of external devices connected.
We recommend reviewing your power plan settings to check for any potential restrictions and removing any adapters or extension devices, such as hubs or docks
Does the described issue still occur when only a minimal setup is connected, such as just a keyboard and mouse?
Please also check if the issue persists in Safe Mode, and, if needed, consider resetting the system while keeping your files.
