ROG Strix x570 e gaming - RGB does not work

Hi All,

When I go into Armoury crate (or Aura Creator), my headset is recognised and I can change RGB.  However, it does not recognise the Motherboard (the computer).  It always requests I do an update in the update centre and all updates download properly except one particular download - see picture below.

I always get the following error message (see second picture below)

So far, I have run the Armoury crate unistaller and then the installer from the latest version (i've actually done this at least 10 times).

If it makes a difference, im on Windows 10.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you confirm if RGB lighting is visible during the boot process but only unable to be customized in Armoury Crate?
Kindly refer to “Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature)” and help by recording and providing the relevant logs for further verification, and please ensure the “Record Log” option is checked before replicating the issue, such as the unsuccessful update attempts.
