I have had a problem with my motherboard since I purchased it. I connect various USB hubs to the USB port, and after a random amount of time, the hub freezes. I have to disconnect it from USB and reconnect it to the bus to get it working again. This is very frustrating. A single device connected via USB works normally. The problem only occurs when connecting a hub or USB splitter. What could be the issue? I have tested different devices, and the same problem always occurs. Please help.

I think I managed to solve the problem. I manually installed the latest drivers for the Intel chipset - Intel Serial IO Software v30.100.2417.30 for Windows 10/11 64-bit. And for the last two days, everything has been fine so far. I'm surprised that Windows Update for Windows 11 didn't automatically download a better driver.

Hello @AcroVizz
Could you please confirm which port on the motherboard or chassis your USB hub is connected to?
We usually recommend directly connecting the device to avoid potential compatibility problems.
Additionally, if you are using a powered USB hub, any ground connection problems or static issues could affect the stability of the devices.
Based on your situation, please check the specifications and power requirements of the USB hub, and if necessary, try cross-testing with a different USB hub.
Thank you.

The hubs were connected to various USB 3.0 ports at the back of the case. A device directly connected to the USB works without any issues. Different hubs were tested - both active and passive - and each time the same problem occurred. So, it is not an issue with a specific hub.
