Hi
I will be soon upgrading from 7800X3D to 9800X3D. Already upgraded to 3207. I might try to tweak the memory together with CPU. Last time I touched memory, I had to do CMOS reset. AFAIR this required me to unplug the GPU, which is a no-no with 4090/12VHPWR connectors. It is a hassle in SFF build anyway.
Is it possible to use BIOS FlashBack™ button/FlexKey button on the back just for the CMOS reset in case of no-boot instability?

Hello crunozar
Using bios flashback will work as reflashing/updating the bios resets the bios to default settings.

Thought so, I will do it to avoid physical CMOS reset then. Unless it is not recommended for some reason? (potential high motherboard brick chance for example?)

There is always a small risk when reflashing/updating the bios.
But, I can say I've downgraded and updated the bios many times with bios flashback and never had an issue.
The main thing is to not lose power while the bios is updating.
