Hi all, I have recently installed a new Titan 360rx RGB AIO pump in my computer. I tried to connect the ICUE Link Cable to the USB 2.0 Port on my motherboard, but it is not working. I tried both ports, but installing a USB splitter from NZXT didn't resolve the issue either. It appears that the only Internal USB devices recognized by my Motherboard is the "Asus Aura LED controller 12v header 1". I have tried reinstalling new chipset drivers and ensuring I have the latest BIOS firmware, but the issues seem to persist. Please help!

Hello Markcmiller42
Have you had a look at the installation manual? You'll want to use the system hub it comes with.
If you have any questions about anything feel free to ask.

Yes, I currently have the "Link Hub" installed correctly. It's not being picked up by the internal USB connection on my motherboard. I tried switching it on both of the ports, but it did not make a difference.

I'm not sure if you'd need to install iCUE for it to show up, there may be an update for your Titan 360rx.
If it's still not being detected, you might want to contact Corsair support.

I have tried that, but it is still not showing up. I am trying to figure out if the Internal USB ports at the bottom of my motherboard are not working. It seems to not register my other Corsair Commander Core also when it did in the past.

Solved the issue, both of the internal USB 2.0 ports USB_E12 and USB_E34 were not working properly as I had suspected. All the software works when connected to an external USB drive with a 9-pin adapter
