rog strix b550-f gaming

hi... thanks in advance for assisting.

i have a rog strix paired with a ryzen 5 3600 ... NOT OVERCLOCKED.  i am running a stability program just to check compatibility and i get getting sub 90 degrees C on my cpu ... which is giving me about the same temperatures on my motherboard at the CPU ...  i am using hwinfo. 

what temperatures can this motherboard withstand?  max temp, etc...

Temperature fluctuations are closely related to your system's cooling configuration and usage scenario. Typically, the motherboard temperature ranges from 30 to 50 degrees Celsius during idle or light load conditions, and from 60 to 70 degrees Celsius under heavy load or intensive usage.
However, we cannot verify how third-party software monitors the temperature. Therefore, we recommend using Armoury Crate or cross-referencing temperature readings from different software tools.

downloaded and use armory crate …. Still getting 80s to 90 on the motherboard tab for temperature … I have legit cooling / case fans … and a noctua u12s. 

what is the max temperature this board can withstand .
