Hello @ysbrand
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please clarify if this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after using it for some time and occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
What is the brand and model of the headphones you are currently using, and are they connected to the audio ports on the back panel of the motherboard or the audio ports on the chassis?
Have you already tried cross-testing with other audio devices, such as speakers, or using different audio ports?
We recommend referring to the following two FAQs and following the provided instructions to further troubleshoot the issue:
[Motherboard]Troubleshooting-Audio with no sound
[Windows 11/10] Troubleshooting - Sound (Speakers/Microphones) problems
Thank you.
