I purchased a ASUS ROG Strix X570-I GamingMainboard Sockel AM4 on the 19 April 2022 per my proof of purchse recept and the unit has a 3 year warrnaty to 18 Apil 2025. I can share the proof of purchase is requested.
The ASUS site states the warranty is expired as it is incorrtely using the date 11 Aug 2021 as the purchase date with expiry of 10 Aug 2024.
I need this correted as the board is experiencig some issues and need to raise an RMA.

According to How to inquire Warranty Status guide, if the user can’t provide the effective purchase invoice of the product, the product warranty will start from the date of device delivery according to the product S/N.
Therefore, kindly refer to the section titled "How to upload the purchase invoice" in the provided link to update your warranty information.
