Hello cybersurfer
In the bios, Advanced tab, PCH-FW Configuration, make sure PTT is enabled.
This is probably what is keeping you from meeting windows 11 requirements.
Saturday
I have TPM Device selection, and it is enabled I got past the Windows 11 requirements, but it will get blue screen when trying to load windows 11. By restarting it a few times I got to the Windows sign in screen but again the Blue screen of death.

It would be helpful if you could provide detailed information about the errors you're receiving so we can help you.
However, this isn't possible with the information you've provided so far, as we don't know exactly what you're seeing or what errors Windows is displaying.
Therefore, please provide detailed information.
You're using 128GB of RAM, as the title of your thread suggests, but you're linking to RAM kits with 2x32GB. This means you're using two kits with 2x32GB each.
This isn't recommended by Asus, as it can cause problems when using XMP.
So disable XMP in the UEFI/BIOS and check again.

The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows Installation cannot proceed to install Windows. Then Blue screen ntsknl

I do not see an XPM setting
I also removed one pair of Ram still had the same issue.

Turn off the PC and check ALL power connections on the motherboard and power supply. Also, check that the graphics card and M2 are correctly seated.
You should also check that all standoffs to the case are present under the motherboard. But only where the mounting screws are installed to secure the motherboard in the case.
There shouldn't be too few or too many spacers.
Usually, there are three at the top, two or three in the middle (depending on the case), and another three at the bottom where the screws for the mounting are installed.
If only two RAM modules are installed, these two must be in slots A2 and B2, otherwise further problems will occur.
Additionally, when you first start the PC, you should wait a while until the UEFI DRAM check is complete before installing Windows.
Once the DRAM check is complete, you can access the UEFI again.
Another problem can arise if the PC is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi while Windows is being installed. A LAN cable connection would be better in this case.
It would also be good to know WHICH error message you receive when the Windows installation fails. Preferably with a photo.
Unfortunately, there are many errors that can prevent Windows from being installed.

Again, no Joy. I have done this about five times now with the same result. I tried taking a picture of the error, but was unsuccessful. the errors I wrote down were like win32k.sys, net10.sys.

Hello again
Make sure you're using the A2-B2 slots for your memory (2nd & 4th slots from the cpu).
Shut down your pc, press and hold the clear cmos button for 3 seconds.
Boot up, make sure PTT is enabled and try installing windows.
