ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO and Unknown Device......

Hi

I have got a ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO .....

ROG Maximus Z790 Hero ATX Motherboard

and I have Windows 11 installed.

I did use the drivers listed on that page of the motherboard linked.

However I have an unknown device still in my device manager.....

 the hardware ID is not helping to determine what it could be..?

BIOS Version 2801. I did a full BIOS reset. Tried with just mouse and keyboard. 

I only have a 4080 GPU fitted, apart from NVME and SSD drives. 

Any ideas please.

Hi,

You need to install your UCM Drivers contained in the Intel Thunderbolt Drivers packages : [DRIVERS] Intel Thunderbolt.

A pity that the official drivers seem lacking.
