Hi,
I was using a ROG MAXIMUS Z690 HERO with a Raid 0 ( 2 x Lexar 256GB ).
Since yesterday I receive an error at startup,
Lexar ( Under Raid Controller )
Warning: Please back-up your data and replace your hard diskdrive.
A failure may be imminent and cause unpredictable fail.
Press F1 to Run Setup.
How can I fix it?
As the Raid was setup to prevent the problem that the system was not starting, that I now get.
Starting windows was not working.
Thanks for information.

Hello @michael_heussen
Since the message indicates that there may be an issue with the storage device, we recommend backing up any important data first to ensure its safety.
Based on the error message, the RAID controller’s SMART detection suggests that one of the SSDs may be in poor health, which could be related to hardware aging or a firmware issue.
Please first check in the BIOS or RAID management tool to confirm whether both SSDs are being detected. If only one shows an abnormal status, the RAID 1 array can still function, but we recommend replacing the faulty SSD as soon as possible to avoid further impact. After replacement, you can perform a rebuild in the RAID management tool, and the system will automatically synchronize the data to the new SSD.
If both SSDs show issues at the same time, you may consider replacing them and recreating the RAID array.
Thank you.
