Got a bunch of parts for a new rig for Christmas but I can't even get it to post, always q-code 55 yellow light

Specs:

What I've tried already:

Installing both sticks in every slot.

Installing each stick individually in each slot.

Reseating my CPU (3x).

BIOS update/rollbacks to versions 2802, 2703, and 2602.

Other:

I found the RAM was not listed in the official ASUS website but that the RAM manufacturer's website ensures compatibility with this motherboard. 

I've looked this up several times but nearly all of the posts mention being able to previously enter BIOS, I can't get it to post.
