ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO cant run EXPO after bios update 1709 and 1807

Hello, I was always using the computer with EXPO open. This morning the PC did not turn on, so I tried to close EXPO and the PC turned on. Later, when I enable EXPO again in the bios settings, I get a blue screen. This problem just started to happen. Sometimes it works with EXPO, it works fine for a certain period of time, but then one day it does not boot. I close EXPO and it works fine again. I did not make any changes to the hardware or software. I tested the RAM with memtest for 1.5 hours and no problems were found. What do you think might be the reason? Please help.

Before updating to the 1709 and 1807 BIOS versions, which BIOS versions were successfully enabling EXPO?
May I ask for the part number of the memory you are currently using, whether it is listed in the ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO's QVL, and if it is installed in the DIMM_A2 and B2 slots as recommended in the user manual?

Regarding memory overclocking in the BIOS, is it set to EXPO I or DOCP I?
Do the described issue persist if you clear CMOS and boot with the default BIOS settings in both BIOS versions 1709 and 1807?
Could you kindly provide images of the BIOS main page and all custom BIOS settings to help us better understand your configuration?

If I remember correctly, it worked fine in versions before 1709. This problem does not always happen, for example, I activated EXPO now and it boots and works without any problems.

Yes, the memory is in the QVL list of the ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO motherboard (Picture 1). And yes, memories are installed in DIMM_A2 and B2 (Picture 2). I also showed the features of the memories with AIDA64 (Picture 3).

Yes, EXPO I is selected in BIOS.

Yes, I cleared CMOS and the problem persisted. But as I said, it doesn't always happen. It booted properly now. But I don't know what will happen in the future.

Hey, today it did not boot with EXPO again. And I had to disable EXPO and now I'm using EXPO disabled. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

Could you please share a link or a cloud-based URL for the video part?
If possible, we suggest trying to reinstall the CPU, installing a single module in the DIMM_A2 slot, enabling [EXPO I], or cross-testing with different RAM modules or PSU to further isolate any potential issues.
Furthermore, may I ask whether you have another motherboard of the same model that also has boot issues (DRAM light on and 0D Q-CODE) or blue screen problems while enabling [EXPO I] with the 1807 BIOS and F5-6000J3636F16GX2-TZ5NR?

I did "Memory Context Restore" from [Auto] to [Enable] in BIOS settings. And I chose [EXPO II] and the problem does not occur for about 5 days. If it happens again, I will do what you said and get back to you.
I did not have the opportunity to try it with another motherboard.

After verification by the relevant department based on your specifications:
F5-6000J3636F16GX2-TZ5NR, 7600X, BIOS version 1807, with memory overclocking settings enabled.
The system underwent 80 rounds of aging reboots and 3D Mark testing overnight.
Additionally, manual operations such as browsing web pages, watching online videos, and installing drivers were performed, during which no instances of blue screen or inability to boot occurred.

Could you confirm if the issue is resolved after setting it to EXPO II?
If so, we recommend maintaining the stable configuration for continued operation.

I was getting the blue screen only when the PC was starting up, and it didn't happen all the time, but sometimes. But after the PC was turned on, I never got a blue screen while surfing the web, playing games, 3D Mark testing or anything else.

Yes, I chose [EXPO II] and I did "Memory Context Restore" from [Auto] to [Enable] in BIOS settings. The problem does not occur for about 15 days.
