ROG Corshair X870E Hero with Armory Crate and Dominator RAM Aura Sync Prob.

Hello there,

iam owning that Motherboard with an R9 9950X3D and the Corsair Dominator ram.
And for now i have the Problem that iCue is not working Correctly with the Corsair ASUS Aura Sync  that it will have aura sync aviable after reboot.

i tried all fixes and the only Solution witch is working for me is, letting the "Corsair Device Control Service.exe" run, klick repair and let its do it magic. I also reported that to corsair atm. All is Up2Date (Armory Crate and iCue) so is any one else having that trouble with that?

May my next ram will not be an Corsair and will swap to G.Skill Tridentz back who are working native from the Board 😄

As Armoury Crate has been updated since your last report, may we kindly ask you to confirm whether the issue still persists?
If the problem continues, could you please provide the full part number of your memory module and the current iCue version, along with the following information, to help us better understand and further investigate your situation:
- the images of the BIOS main page along with any manual configuration settings you may have applied
- The PSU model and two .txt files generated in your Windows system via the steps below:
1) Press WIN + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog, and type dxdiag → click OK.
2) Click Save All Information and select a save location → click Save.
3) Repeat the same steps with msinfo32 to generate the second file.
- Armoury Crate version and a screenshot of the Armoury Crate Update Center
- Provide relevant logs by following "Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature)" and ensure the "Record Log" option is confirmed before proceeding.
Please record a video simultaneously to better correlate the log with the actual scenario. After recording the log, upload it to the cloud, approve access, and share the link.
