Hi,
I'm experiencing an issue with my ROG B350-F board and I'm trying to determine if I have to break budget soon to upgrade.
Current build: ROG B350-F board, Ryzen 5 2400G CPU, 32G RAM, ASUS TUF gaming Nvidia Geforce 1650 GTX, Apevia Spirit 600W PSU
Over the last 6 months I have had to move my system by vehicle. In January after moving the system worked fine for about 2 days and then it would not power up. I can see power is going to the board as it lights up, however it did not power on. At that time I got a new case because the power button on the old one felt a little wobbly. After that change system worked with no issues.
Last month I had to transport the system again, this time it was packed in Styrofoam in the box for the new case. At the new location the same thing happened, after working for a day the system refused to power on. Checked through all of the internal cables confirming they are secure, changed CMOS battery which was a little old, made sure board secured properly in case, took it to a shop to get the capacitors on the board and the RAM to be checked. These came back clean. With the new case I once again can see power going to the board and that on pressing the power button I can see clearly that the fan does not move. I have since seen that arbitrarily the system will start and when it does, it runs smoothly. Another time it does the same thing where it does not power up again.
Has anyone encountered something like this before. I'm all thought out.

Hello, @kelall
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Based on your description, it seems that your build is experiencing occasional startup issues.
Besides changing the chassis, have you cross-tested or replaced other hardware components, such as the PSU?
When you press the power button and the system does not start and the fans do not spin, do any Q-LED indicators light up?
We recommend referring to the steps in [Motherboard] Troubleshooting - No Power/No Boot/No Display and the ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING manual to ensure all hardware, connectors, and power cables are secure and properly installed.
Also, if you haven't updated BIOS to the latest version 6203, please consider updating and clearing CMOS before rechecking again.
Thank you.

Hi @kelall , on page 2-9 of your board's user manual you will see the Front Panel connector as shown below
Have you tried to wiggle (or move) these wires to see if they help you get your PC started? If yes, then it is possible that one of these wires has gone lose causing issues for you.
