Hello @Dalander

Thank you for reaching out to us.
May I ask if the descripted issue still occurs after removing and reinstalling the memory or in recent usage?
Regarding the Q-LED DRAM indicator being light, this suggests a memory issue.
Please refer to [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators for guidance if needed.
If the issue persists, please share your current BIOS version and the results of booting with a single memory stick installed in DIMM_A2 after clearing CMOS to see if the problem still occurs.

Thank you.

Hi @Jiaszzz_ROG
"May I ask if the descripted issue still occurs after removing and reinstalling the memory or in recent usage?" - yes
I was do all installation like in quied. Tryed 1, 2 and 4 installation configurations. Use 3 different ram, g-skill, hyperx, geil. With DOCP and without.
Now i have 6231 BIOS version, also tryed 6042. Clearing CMOS and installation in DIMM_A2 not helped.
Sorry for my english, trying my best 😃

Hello @Dalander

We would like to confirm whether the issue you’re experiencing is that the system occasionally shuts down during use, with the DRAM Q-LED indicator lighting up, or if it fails to boot from a cold start with the DRAM Q-LED indicator on.
If it’s the former, please try using the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to test the memory and check for any error reports.
If it’s the latter, we recommend checking for any dirt, damage, or abnormalities on the memory slots or the memory contacts, as well as ensuring all hardware is correctly connected, including checking for any bent pins on the CPU.
Please try testing with minimal components: remove the chassis, install the CPU, install a single RAM module in the DIMM_A2 slot, the GPU and PSU, and see if you can successfully boot into the BIOS settings page and reboot.
If you recently purchased this ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING and the above suggestions do not resolve the issue, we recommend contacting your place of purchase for after-sales support if needed.

Thank you.

I discovered that the problem is caused by the video card. After moving the video card to another PC with rog b550-f, the error repeats with same dram light. But with  rog strix 1080 it works
