I am entirely lost at this point, so appreciate support from anyone who knows this stuff well.
What I’ve done: Troubleshooted for a few days now, no success. Followed manual instructions, followed videos related to each component, investigated the error codes and possible fixes, no success there either.
The problem: Motherboard indicates that something isn’t right via error codes using all possible lights combinations (Orange, Red, White, before it finalizes with Green). Q-Codes fluctiates, as if there’s multiple problems, where the numbers standing out are (Red 15, 31) (White 68, 70). Booting into Windows isn’t an issue, however, the stability of the system is the most important. How can I tell which component is the non-working one?
The components: Asus ROG X670-E Gene, AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Corsair Vengeance DDR5 2x48GB 6600Mhz, Crucial T700 Pro 4TB, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 MSI Gaming X, NZXT C1500 Platinum. (The GPU, and processor, is temporary if you wonder the decisioning for the other components). Every part has been purchased brand newly with boxes and receipts.
Set Memory Context Restore to Enabled for the video I linked below (which eliminates the longer Q-Code monitoring part as it does the Memory Training, Orange/15)
Some things I’ve tried:
Reseated CPU, GPU, RAM, M.2 NVMe, and PSU cables.
Clean install of Windows with both older as well as latest drivers (twice).
Updated BIOS and firmware to the latest version using I/O BIOS Flashback, and have tried with an older version as well.
Loaded optimized defaults, with XMP always disabled.
Cleared CMOS (using I/O button and by removing the battery), letting it take it’s time before powering back on.
Disconnected Fan Hub, SATA, USB 3.0, USB C, HD Audio & F-Panel cables, and any exessive cables or fans (from both the motherboard and the PSU)
Unplugged everything from the I/O panel (the keyboard, mouse, and ethernet) as well to check and reconnected every cable to be sure they sit tight.
Not overtightning the AIO cooler on the CPU, and cleaned/replaced thermal paste.
Checked temperatures of every component (CPU: 30˚C at idle / 75˚C at C24 stress test), (GPU 38˚C at idle / 70˚C at 3DMark stress test), (M.2 NVMe: 39˚C at idle / 69˚C at load). The XMP profile is stable as well if that’s a concern.
I tried to cover as much as possible. But let me know if there’s something I have missed. Hope to not use the Warranty for every single component if policies cover a single replacement only.

It's normal for the motherboard to cycle through codes on bootup or restarts.
If you can boot into windows there is likely no issue. Once booted into windows, the Q-Code should show AA (for AMD motherboards) or it may show your cpu temp.

It's normal for the motherboard to cycle through codes on bootup or restarts.
If you can boot into windows there is likely no issue. Once booted into windows, the Q-Code should show AA (for AMD motherboards) or it may show your cpu temp.
