Rear i/o blue usb ports not working.

Hi,

I have an issue with my rog z790 f gaming wifi motherboard. I've noticed after a new install of windows that my rear io blue usb 3.2 ports aren't working. They provide power but they do not register/detect the device that I plug in. I've checked that all usb ports are enabled in bios. All drivers are upto date in device manager. I do have an "unknown usb device (configuration descriptor request failed) but don't know if the 2 issues are connected with one another. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @J3ST3R

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Based on the situation you described, we recommend referring to the guidance provided in [Windows 11/10] Troubleshooting - Yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager.
Additionally, please ensure that the Intel Chipset Driver, Intel Management Engine Interface, and all relevant drivers and BIOS updates released on the ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI official website have been correctly installed. After completing the updates, we suggest clearing CMOS and checking if the issue persists.
If needed, you may also refer to [Windows 11/10] Troubleshooting - USB Functionality Issues for related troubleshooting steps.

Thank you.
