There are currently a number of reports of NVME drive issues on AGESA 1100, but this is in beta still.
Let me know if the CMO file above helps.

I have the T700 but I have it on the M.2 add-in card beside the RAM slots, I forget what it's called, and it works perfectly. I have a Gen 4 M.2 in the M.2_1 slot. I do it this way so I can use the Gen 5 card, a second Gen 4 M.2 in the second add-in card slot, and third Gen 4 in the M.2_1 and still have the GPU at 16x.
Also, the add-in card has superior cooling for Gen 5 M.2s.
Oh, I have the Extreme, I don't think the Hero has the add-in card. 😞

I have the Crosshair X670E Hero, and it comes with the 5.0 M.2 card.

I'm talking about the Gen Z card to the right.

using the add in card takes away PCI lanes from the GPU hence why i want to use the direct connected M.2_1 slot so the GPU bus isnt effected.

Buy another branded M.2 Gen5. Install and see if the problem persists. Just make sure you can return it in case you get the same symptoms. This is the real way to narrow down this problem.

So after reading about this Gen5 drive, I installed one in my Crosshair X670E Hero, and can say It works in the M.2_1 slot with no errors. The crucial app shows Gen5 x4 setup. App updated firmware to latest. Details read it was an update to correct read errors on the drive. I'll be updating drivers tomorrow to see if performance numbers change.

thanks there is about 15 people so far with the same issue as me on different platforms so not sure if it is the drive.
I would need to test another 4TB drive and these are £520 at the moment so not really something i can invest in just to "test" i say the 4TB model as i think this uses a different controller to the 2/1TB models. I also wonder if micron is doing some type of RAID on the controller as no other 4TB NVME's on the market.
