Have you started proceedings for an RMA? If you do, can you direct message me the case details
Was it OCCT you were running at the time of failure?
Thank you.

Just CPU with avx2 nothing out of the ordinary
No I have not sent it in for rma because I thought it wouldn't qualify cuz of the bent pins
Bent pins happened cuz CPU was hot and I dropped it

I think the pins are also bent due to the CPU damage so we can omit that as justifiable cause. I've moved this to ROG Care for the attention of service

What do you recommend I do now?

Someone from the service team will reach out to you shortly

That's not a happy CPU or socket. What program were you using to do the AVX test? As far as I can remember, OCCT will do AVX tests. What temperature did it get to during testing?
