Before i go into the nuts and bolts let me spec out what i have.
X670E Hero - BIOS 1303
7950X3D
ZOTAC 4090 AMP AIRO
G.SKILL Z5 Neo EXPO 32GB 6000MHz F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR
CPU and GPU custom watercooled (EKWB parts)
So the other night while attempting to play Jedi Survivor the onboard Bluetooth disappeared (not in device manager etc), odd I thought but not a deal breaker and not worth the 2 months i was quoted i would be without the board, anyway my fault finding was as follows:-
Applied my clonezilla image of my machine in case it was a rogue update, Image is from 2 month ago when the system was built (clean image OS, drivers and AV) but the device was still missing.
Clean build of Windows 11 Pro from freshly downloaded ISO, no device.
Reached out to ASUS who said run the diagnostics in MyASUS app but there are none.
I had some new fans which i was waiting on installing on my Rads and thought no better time than now, they all connect to a fan controller so all i did was unplug 6 and plug in 6 to the same controller (all noctuas) and tidy the cabling, now the bluetooth is showing again but randomly the PC now just shuts down, no BSOD logs but 6008 IDs in event viewer, to power back on I need to either turn off the PSU and turn back on (Seasonic TX1300) or use the onboard ReTry button.
I'm at a loss and kinda out of ideas so any help is welcomed.

But so far I still have not had a shutdown yet on bios 1415 with my current expo I and LLC 5 setting. I'm going to try to go as long as I can before a shutdown happens, if it happens before I try another bios unless they release a bios directly stating the fix for this.

I had another crash on Wednesday evening while playing Northgard.
The replacement PSU from Seasonic arrived and it is the ATX 3.0 version.
I am still on the latest released BIOS (not beta). I would be mildly optimistic if there were no crashes for two weeks. And after a month without crashes, I would believe the issue to be fixed, but not any sooner. 10 days passing between these crashes is nothing unusual, at least in my case.

So i've been quite lucky and through no changes my side everything has worked...... until today sitting my AZ-104 exam remotely and crashed 3 times, luckily it is a monitored exam and the examiner at Pearson VUE has allowed me to reorganise for another day after I explained the issue (i was angry so really stuck the boot in with ASUS poor handling but i think i'm justified in the situation) guess i'll use my work Dell for the retake.

Hello, all.
We have recently released a new BIOS version for the X670E series, BIOS 1516.
Could you please try updating to this version and clearing CMOS before checking if the "random automatic shutdown, requiring switching PSU power to reboot" still occurs under the default BIOS settings?
Thank you.

looks like 1516 isn't in beta anymore, who wants to go first lol

Installed it this morning. Will see how it goes.

installed it Saturday and had no issues so far. Tweak my RAM a bit further etc.

Frist let me start out by saying that Asus support has taken care of my issue and i have the replacement installed and running. I put the latest bios shortly after first boot and so far so good. It seems to have a slightly longer post time but maybe that is something with my setup.

Just a quick update for anyone curious. After upgrading my X670E-E board to 1516 on Wednesday I'm yet to have any crashes. This is now the longest either board I've had has gone without issue. Definitely shows promise.
It's too early to say for sure, obviously. But for context this replacement board only had a best uptime of one day, one time previously. Otherwise it shut off at least once per day.

I wouldn't get too excited. Mine went two amd a half months without doing it then it happened three times in one week.
