Random crashes with X670E Hero

Before i go into the nuts and bolts let me spec out what i have.

X670E Hero - BIOS 1303
7950X3D
ZOTAC 4090 AMP AIRO
G.SKILL Z5 Neo EXPO 32GB 6000MHz F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR
CPU and GPU custom watercooled (EKWB parts)

So the other night while attempting to play Jedi Survivor the onboard Bluetooth disappeared (not in device manager etc), odd I thought but not a deal breaker and not worth the 2 months i was quoted i would be without the board, anyway my fault finding was as follows:-

Applied my clonezilla image of my machine in case it was a rogue update, Image is from 2 month ago when the system was built (clean image OS, drivers and AV) but the device was still missing.

Clean build of Windows 11 Pro from freshly downloaded ISO, no device.

Reached out to ASUS who said run the diagnostics in MyASUS app but there are none.

I had some new fans which i was waiting on installing on my Rads and thought no better time than now, they all connect to a fan controller so all i did was unplug 6 and plug in 6 to the same controller (all noctuas) and tidy the cabling, now the bluetooth is showing again but randomly the PC now just shuts down, no BSOD logs but 6008 IDs in event viewer, to power back on I need to either turn off the PSU and turn back on (Seasonic TX1300) or use the onboard ReTry button.

I'm at a loss and kinda out of ideas so any help is welcomed.

Yes that photo is representative and was taken directly from Seasonics website for the model PRIME-TX-1300. I don’t think the connector setup you showed is available in Germany yet as it was just announced at Computex 2023 and I didn’t find a model with native 12VHPWR at any German online retailer after doing a quick scan.

Regarding your adjustment in Extreme Tweaker > DIGI+ VRM > CPU Load-line Calibration to Level 5, have you experienced any further instances of automatic shutdown or the need to turn on the system using the PSU switch since then?

I did not with the UEFI settings i specified earlier. Two days ago I tried to enable some of my other settings again and I used Curve Optimizer in the Extreme Tweaker menu to add an all core negative 20 curve and dropped VDDCR_SOC to 1.2v manually and had two crashes while playing Diablo 4 and watching a YouTube video. I went back to VDDCR_SOC Auto and removed the curve optimizer settings and since then i has been smooth sailing.

Oh! You changed the settings! It appears that we are always one step behind your modifications.🤔🤔🤔

No, you are not really behind. I have two sets of settings:

a) my initial settings that are causing the shutdown issue (with PBO/CO, manual SOC voltage)
b) settings that are stable with less changes that are easier to reproduce after you asked us to clear CMOS.

In the email notification i got it showed me that you asked for two .cmo files but now the comment was edited. Do you still need those?

If settings are constantly changed, we may not be able to accurately determine the correlation between your issue and the settings. Therefore, I made some edits.
However, if you could provide the.cmo files that fully combine the details of the problem occurrence and BIOS settings, it would mean that such settings will definitely trigger automatic shutdown and require a PSU restart to boot up.

Currently, we have been unable to replicate the issue with the same motherboard, GPU, QVL list memory, and various stress test scenarios. We are prepared to conduct further testing, such as using "the same model of PSU".

Would love to see if you are able to reproduce this with a Seasonic TX-1300 which seems to a consistent model with reports here (including my own). As others have mentioned nothing specific needs to be done from the user to trigger it, simply leaving the system on will eventually cause it to shut down.

I appreciate that with additional reports you guys are taking this issue more seriously. 

Reasonably it doesn’t make sense that all of these systems with very high end parts have issues, users buying these parts are inexperienced installing them, grounding issues from cases, etc. Not to mention the % of people willing to sign up and report the issue compared to the amount of people actually having the issue is going to be a lot smaller.  I really want to understand the cause.

@Jiaszzz_ROG  what were your findings regarding testing with Seasonic PSU?
I have the same problem as the rest of us here at the forum. 
Random shutdowns where you need the flick the power on the back of the computer. 
BIOS: 1415
Processor: 7800X3D
Motherboard: ROG Crosshair X670E Hero
PSU: Seasonic Prime PX 1600W

My tx-1300w seasonic looks just like the photo that Dabz provided, mine does not have the 12vhpwr on the psu. Also only bios settings I have messed with is expo I and I recently tried Dabz idea with llc level 5 but I can't say for sure if that did anything yet as it might be a while before I have a shutdown again. although I'm on a extreme board and not the hero, but the symptoms and whats happening seems to be identical. Other than that I have not changed or modified anything else in the bios expo I is basically as is. but alot of this expo stuff and tuning the settings is new to me.

I was too frustrated because of several crashes over the weekend so i did buy a MSI MEG Ai1300P PCIE5. As mentioned as a possible solution by @aslplsthx and i did not have any crashes since swapping it monday night. 

My TX-1300 looks like the one in @Dabz photo, if that helps. 

As already mentionend i think that PSU is fine, as it ran perfectly fine in my previous setup.
