Before i go into the nuts and bolts let me spec out what i have.
X670E Hero - BIOS 1303
7950X3D
ZOTAC 4090 AMP AIRO
G.SKILL Z5 Neo EXPO 32GB 6000MHz F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR
CPU and GPU custom watercooled (EKWB parts)
So the other night while attempting to play Jedi Survivor the onboard Bluetooth disappeared (not in device manager etc), odd I thought but not a deal breaker and not worth the 2 months i was quoted i would be without the board, anyway my fault finding was as follows:-
Applied my clonezilla image of my machine in case it was a rogue update, Image is from 2 month ago when the system was built (clean image OS, drivers and AV) but the device was still missing.
Clean build of Windows 11 Pro from freshly downloaded ISO, no device.
Reached out to ASUS who said run the diagnostics in MyASUS app but there are none.
I had some new fans which i was waiting on installing on my Rads and thought no better time than now, they all connect to a fan controller so all i did was unplug 6 and plug in 6 to the same controller (all noctuas) and tidy the cabling, now the bluetooth is showing again but randomly the PC now just shuts down, no BSOD logs but 6008 IDs in event viewer, to power back on I need to either turn off the PSU and turn back on (Seasonic TX1300) or use the onboard ReTry button.
I'm at a loss and kinda out of ideas so any help is welcomed.

Hello @Jiaszzz_ROG
My motherboard is the ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO. Yes, i did use the PSU and GPU in my previous configuration, and it never crashed.
The exact memory is not listed on the QVL list yet, same models with slightly different configuration are on the list. I could not order the exact model.
After the crash, i need to switch off the PSU. It's the exact same behaviour as in @Dabz video.
The crashes occur while gaming and while just browsing or even when doing nothing at all when i am not even at my computer.
I did clear the CMOS and reset BIOS settings and the crashes still occur.

Hello, all.
Thank you once again for providing updated information and the valuable scenario video.
Currently, we are further investigating the possibilities related to the power supply.
I have resubmitted the updated information you provided to the relevant department for further consultation and discussion.
We still appreciate your assistance in conducting cross-testing with 30-series GPUs or other brand PSUs, as well as adjusting other power-related options.
If there are any further updates after the consultation and discussion, I will reply here to keep you informed.
Thank you.

I've encountered another issue with the UEFI: the temperature reporting function appears to be faulty. I left my PC on for four hours with HWiNFO running, hoping it would log insightful information before any potential shutdown. However, the PC didn't shut down, but I noticed that both my 7-segment display and HWiNFO were providing incorrect temperature readings.
Upon further investigation, I discovered that the temperature reporting from the motherboard's CPU and CPU Package sensors seem to freeze after an extended period. I ran CB23 and found that the motherboard failed to display accurate temperatures, preventing my fans from ramping up, as evidenced by this HWiNFO screenshot.
Notably, there is a significant discrepancy between the maximum CPU temperatures reported by AMD's sensors and those indicated by the motherboard. Moreover, the CPU temperature that QFAN uses for fan control remained at a constant 38°C throughout.

Yeah, adding to shutdowns, I also have this same exact issue since Bios 1202...I was waiting for someone else to mention it...

Well another shutdown, while drawing a picture. Tried disabling Global C state, default BIOS, and different memory module in DIMM_A2. Here's a shot of my system using HWMonitor.

Hello,
My pc had it first power down also (except the random reboots) and then it it didn’t boot at all. To boot I unplugged the pc from the wall and reset the bios (witch they were on default already)
The display on the mobo it self showed number 46 immediately and stuck there for ever when it did not boot…. I don’t know what to do… I am really disappointed from asus… the hardware looks to be the issue here, end they the replies we get are not that relevant… (check your ram if they are in the list… or is your psu)…
I did tried and psu and ram…. Same
Now I opened ticket with AMD to check the cpu also (I have a filling that cpu with be fine)…
After that buy new motherboard, from different brand…

I won't claim to have the fix but if you ppl are feeling as desperate as I, give CPU LLC level 5 a shot.

That makes definitely sense...

Ya I'm pretty fed up with this. Ran Cinebench R23, no problem. Ran Heaven Benchmark, no problem. Ran Prime95 for an hour, no problem. Download a game from Epic Games, had 3 shutdowns in less than an hour.
