Random crashes with X670E Hero

Before i go into the nuts and bolts let me spec out what i have.

X670E Hero - BIOS 1303
7950X3D
ZOTAC 4090 AMP AIRO
G.SKILL Z5 Neo EXPO 32GB 6000MHz F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR
CPU and GPU custom watercooled (EKWB parts)

So the other night while attempting to play Jedi Survivor the onboard Bluetooth disappeared (not in device manager etc), odd I thought but not a deal breaker and not worth the 2 months i was quoted i would be without the board, anyway my fault finding was as follows:-

Applied my clonezilla image of my machine in case it was a rogue update, Image is from 2 month ago when the system was built (clean image OS, drivers and AV) but the device was still missing.

Clean build of Windows 11 Pro from freshly downloaded ISO, no device.

Reached out to ASUS who said run the diagnostics in MyASUS app but there are none.

I had some new fans which i was waiting on installing on my Rads and thought no better time than now, they all connect to a fan controller so all i did was unplug 6 and plug in 6 to the same controller (all noctuas) and tidy the cabling, now the bluetooth is showing again but randomly the PC now just shuts down, no BSOD logs but 6008 IDs in event viewer, to power back on I need to either turn off the PSU and turn back on (Seasonic TX1300) or use the onboard ReTry button.

I'm at a loss and kinda out of ideas so any help is welcomed.

I a hope to get something going i have emailed Seasonic and AMD just in case.

I emailed Seasonic, and they just told me to RMA it basically, I don't think that's the right answer though.. I also just opened up a support case with MSI - their monitoring might help shed some light on what's going on. My system still hasn't shut down (18.5h), but I do get these notifications that are worrisome...

Nothing comes up googling this error, and there is no apparent settings I can find in their software. I even checked their log folder, and I don't see any historical logs of this.. just this windows notification.

Luckily I found a way to consistently reproduce this message (just launching CP 2077) so I can test things to see if it goes away, but right now I'm just leaving my PC on as long as it'll stay on. I did confirm it was unrelated to my GPU overclock though.

A little update about the issue...I was talking with a guy on Reddit that has exactly the same problem as ours...but he is on an EVGA Psu....

Seasonic could be the OEM still. Just to put it out there Channel-Well Technologies (CWT) is the OEM for this MSI PSU.

Hello, @Deutsche07 .

We suggest that you try refer to the troubleshooting steps and performing a test with minimal components to isolate the possible cause. Additionally, clearing CMOS might also be beneficial.
If the memory you are using is not listed on the Qualified Vendor List for the ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFI motherboard, we recommend cross-testing with memory from the QVL list.

Thank you.

Okay, i wanted to provide a little update from my side:

Since updating to 1415 last week i had only one crash (the one we are talking about here, only resolved by turning off the PSU with the physical button). So the new UEFI/BIOS update seems to be more stable than any of the others, but i don't think the issue is resolved completly.

Just to add into this my last crash was as i stated before, i still don't trust the motherboard at this time as there have been no changes to cause stability and nothing from ASUS to also inspire trust. I hope that the issue is resolved but not counting on it.

Foz " i still don't trust the motherboard at this time" same now i dont trust asus now, as i feel like wanted to throw the  motherboard out of the window as not happy now i can see why ASUS is now greedy $$$$ doesnt care about customers, *edit* My motherboard bios now 1616 still little problem though nothing has change

Hello, @Foz .

May I inquire about the latest updates regarding your current issue?
Based on the earlier discussions in the thread, it seems that you experience Bluetooth loss during gaming, followed by the Bluetooth device disappearing from Device Manager.
You mentioned attempting to install other Windows versions, updating the BIOS to version 1415, and performing a clear CMOS, which briefly resolved the Bluetooth issue.
However, has the Bluetooth disappeared again during recent gaming sessions? Please correct me if I misunderstood any details.

Could you please provide the current OS version and OS build?
What BIOS settings are current configured? Please provide screenshots of all relevant pages in the BIOS settings.
When Bluetooth disappears in Device Manager, does the Wi-Fi also exhibit any abnormalities?
Does this situation only occur while playing Jedi Survivor? Does it occur in non-gaming scenarios as well?
After the Bluetooth disappearance, what actions have you taken to make it reappear? For example, does it reappear after a reboot or clearing CMOS?
Apart from the Bluetooth anomaly, do random crashes only occur while playing Jedi Survivor?

Thank you.
