The new ROG Motherboards for Ryzen 7000 series, and in this example, the:  "ASUS X670E Crosshair Hero"
Well.. What else can I say but 2 things.
1. Just watch this from Gamers Nexus: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbGfc-JBxlY
2. "HOT" Danm ASUS.... What have you guys been thinking?

The last several years have proven that ASUS is anti-consumer and lack serious quality control. Enough so, that we can no longer support the brand or allow them to be one of our trusted sponsors. As we can see here the SVI3 measurement taken from AMD’s controller on die closely matches the motherboards die sense measurement when taken correctly. All other measurements will appear higher than what the CPU actually receives depending where the SIO reading is tapped on the motherboards power plane. The BIOS updates that were released to limit VSOC do in fact stay below 1.3v and not over as the video in the op suggests.

Therefore the correct way to monitor the CPU’s SOC voltage is via SVI3 VDDCR_SOC sensor which can be found in both Ryzen Master and HWINFO.
