Purchased new motherboard but cant register it (says its already registered)

I bought new ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI II on 3rd Oct 2024 but when I register it on My ASUS account it says "This serial number already registered". I cant even register it on my armoury crate. Plz help.

I have my puchase invoice as a proof.
