Product registration failed: product is already registered

Hello I just bought a pc yesterday secondhand with a asus rog strix z790-f gaming wifi motherboard in but after I put serial number in armoury crate to register it say Product registration failed: product is already registered i got the receipts too from previous owner so how do I change it so it shows me as owner instead of previous owner

Have you solve this scenario? I also got one that says already registered. I hope i can re-register it under my account.
