Problema ao Inicializar (Parece problema de CMOS) Rog Strix Z790-H Wifi

Olá,

Estou passando por um problema, que não tenho certeza ao certo, toda vez que eu desconecto meu computador da energia, ele aparece mensagem

"Before making any adjustments in the BIOS,
please press f5 to load the factory default settings to ensure smooth operation.
If setting up Intel RAID,
configure VMD options according to the interface type for better compatibility.
Now please press f1 to enter BIOS setup."
por diversas vezes, entre e ajustei a bios, resetei, reinstalei a versão mais recente, Ativo a IA Overclocking e ela volta funcionar, é só remover da tomada, que reseta tudo, mas parece que nada adianta, preciso de uma ajuda o que pode ser, após algumas pesquisa falaram que pode ser bateria sem voltagem, entretanto não tem 30 dias que comprei a placa mãe.
segue as configurações que estou usando 

• Placa Mae Rog Strix Z790H Gaming Wifi  Vers. Bios 2801.
• CPU Intel i9-14900K
• Memória Corsair Vengeance, 32GB (2x16GB), 5600MHz, DDR5, CL36, Preto - CMK32GX5M2B5600C36 (SEM XMP que é um outro problema porque não funciona, mas caso para outro forum) 
• Armazenamento: NVME M2 KINGSTON 1TB
• Water Cooler Corsair H150

Could you please clarify if this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after using it for some time and occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
Based on the situation you described, if you have concerns about the CMOS battery, you may try replacing it and check if the issue persists.
Additionally, we recommend referring to the ROG STRIX Z790-H GAMING WIFI user manual to ensure that all hardware components are properly installed, including verifying that there are no bent pins in the CPU socket and that the power cables are correctly connected.
If possible, please also try cross-testing with a different CPU or PSU to determine whether there are any changes.
